Dr Gunnar Beck publishes and teaches on both EU law and legal theory. Most recently, he published a book on the Legal Reasoning of the Court of Justice of the EU. This talk will build on some of that work.

Dr Gunnar Beck is Reader in Law at SOAS University of London. His research interests include EU law, legal theory, legal reasoning and methodology, the European Court of Justice and legal and political philosophy. He practices as Barrister-at-Law and a Rechtsanwalt.
