With the recent election in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the coming name change in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, and the possibility of a land-swap arrangement to bring an end to the Serbia-Kosovo dispute the Western Balkans has had a complicated year. To round up the year, and possibly pronounce on where it is going, the Europa Research Group has brought together three experts to grapple with these issues.
